Couples Counseling for Betrayal and Porn Addiction

When trust has been broken through pornography, infidelity, or secrecy, the relationship can begin to feel unfamiliar. This work helps couples move from crisis and confusion toward honesty, stability, and repair.

When the Relationship No Longer Feels Safe

After betrayal, most couples aren’t struggling with communication first.
They’re struggling with safety.
Questions loop constantly.
Can I trust you?
Is there more I don’t know?
Are things actually changing?

Before reconnection can happen, the foundation has to be rebuilt through honesty, accountability, and consistency over time.

How Healing Happens Here

A structured approach focused on safety, truth, accountability, and rebuilding trust over time.

Phase 1

Stabilization and Safety

Early work focuses on reducing chaos and creating stability. That includes emotional regulation, boundaries, accountability, and establishing real safety within the relationship.

Phase 2

Truth and Trust Building

As stability develops, the work shifts toward transparency, disclosure, and rebuilding trust through consistent behavioral change and honest communication.

Phase 3

Reconnection

Only after safety and trust begin to return do we focus more deeply on emotional intimacy, communication repair, and reconnecting as a couple.
